About me

My name is Emma Reig

I am a biologist with a strong interest in biomedical research and bioinformatics. I am currently doing a PhD at the Institute of Advanced Chemistry of Catalonia, thanks to a Momentum grant from CSIC, while I am studying for a Master's degree in Bioinformatics and Biostatistics.

Actual Research

The MELINA project applies machine learning to the development of nanomedicines to optimize their design, synthesis and testing, overcoming the trial-and-error approach using AI tools accessible to the scientific community.
